Starting May 28, the video podcast That’s What Shei Said by content creator and podcast host Sheida Alhoei returns with a new season. The podcast will be available on all major podcast platforms and can also be watched in full on YouTube.
After a personal and at times emotional first season, That’s What Shei Said takes a new direction. While the first season focused mainly on reflection, this new chapter is all about looking ahead. Not because all the answers are there, but because new choices are waiting to be made.
In honest and open conversations with guests including Marijn Kuipers, Luna Nieuwboer, Lies Zhara and Joy Bosz, Sheida explores topics that resonate with many people in their twenties and thirties. From career changes, moving house and investing to relationships, travel and personal growth, bigger life questions are balanced with lighthearted moments, relatable stories and perspective.
“The goal of That’s What Shei Said is to offer insight into the different phases and milestones of adult life in an accessible and personal way. Through honest conversations with inspiring guests, we want to show that no one has it all figured out, and that’s completely okay,” says Sheida Alhoei.
The podcast is for anyone who feels that life is shifting, but doesn’t yet know exactly where it is leading. It speaks to a generation that feels everything is possible, yet can also feel overwhelmed by the endless choices that come with that freedom.
With her open and down-to-earth communication style, Sheida makes serious topics approachable. Drawing from her background in content creation, beauty and lifestyle, she creates conversations that feel both insightful and deeply relatable.
That’s What Shei Said offers listeners and viewers a space for honest conversations where doubt, growth and self-discovery are all part of the process. A series where audiences can find recognition, inspiration, or simply a moment to unwind.
New episodes will be released biweekly on Thursdays. Full video episodes can be watched on Sheida Alhoei’s YouTube channel and are also available on all major podcast platforms.
