The new podcast that makes mental health discussable without a self-help vibe.

On December 3, Geuren & Kleuren Media is launching a new podcast: Doe FF Serieus (Get Serious), created and presented by talent manager Nadine Stalman. In this weekly series, Nadine and well-known guests delve into topics that concern young people on a daily basis: pressure to perform, insecurity, money stress, ambition, comparing yourself to others, and how to stay mentally strong in today's chaotic world.

In Doe FF Serieus, Nadine engages in open conversations, asking her guests curious questions with a down-to-earth approach: how do guests recognize these themes in their own lives? What works for them? Where do they get stuck? Guests such as Luna Nieuwboer, Charlotte Molenaar, Mayte Bellod, and Marc Derby share their own experiences and relatable stories.

“As a talent manager and someone who works in the industry, I see every day how social media can overstimulate, influence, and sometimes even make young people feel insecure,” says Nadine. “With Doe ff Serieus, I want to create a place where that noise disappears for a moment, a podcast that shows that being honest, down-to-earth, and human is also a form of content.”

A new episode is released every Wednesday: a regular check-in for anyone who wonders if they are the only one who sometimes doesn't quite get it. The conversations are open, relatable, and sometimes surprisingly practical.

The podcast is produced by Geuren & Kleuren Media.
