Building Bridges at Studio Diaspora

During Studio Diaspora, we are responsible for the production of Building Bridges.

Building Bridges is a podcast hosted by Gianni Zuiverloon where football, culture and social issues come together. During the World Cup, special episodes are recorded as part of Studio Diaspora, with a focus on the participating diaspora nations.

On match days, Gianni welcomes guests with roots in the participating countries. Together, they discuss the matches, their country’s chances in the tournament, and what their participation means to diaspora communities around the world.

Can the Atlas Lions surprise the world once again, just as they did at the previous World Cup? How will debutants Curaçao and Cape Verde perform in their first World Cup appearance? And could Turkey be the tournament’s dark horse? These questions and many more are explored throughout the series.
